Top Marketer is a suite of marketing applications accessed from the Top Marketer Control Panel. Top Marketer's applications are described below.
Market Data
Top Marketer retrieves data from participating MLS databases on a monthly basis. Data is retrieved for the past two years. This information is analyzed to provide agents with information that can be published by Top Marketer to destinations such as a newsletter, a Market Snapshot, or a Web page. We store the two-year statistical information on our database, and the MLS data is discarded.
Market Snapshot
Using Market Snapshot you can send automatically generated real-time Market Snapshots – MLS market updates, trend analysis, and community and school reports – to your customers. You can:
- Integrate this service into your own marketing Web sites.
- Invite anyone you email to subscribe to the Market Snapshot service by simply adding a link.
- Provide consumers with up-to-the minute MLS graphical information while allowing you to see what consumers are viewing.
Market Snapshot Pro
If you belong to a participating MLS, you can opt to upgrade to Market Snapshot Pro in order to receive the following enhancements:
- Two new graphs—making a total of 6 available graphs—that illustrate Inventory/Median List Price and Sold Price—List Price.
- Each successive mailing of a Market Snapshot Pro to a contact will cycle through the set of six graphs provided.
- The map at bottom of a Snapshot contains additional colored pins indicating a property status of pending or expired/withdrawn. Use of these is optional.
- Will contain a large amount of text specific to the data type, including dynamic text.
